Sebil Humanitarian Aid Association carried out the first phase of its aid campaign for university students at the International Necah University in Nablus, in Jenin, and in the city of Ramallah. 184 female and male students in need of financial assistance benefited from this project. The event held at Necah University was attended by: 1) Minister of Endowments Yusuf Idis, 2) Nablus Brigade Commander Ekrem Racub, 3) Necah University Vice President Dr. Mahir Netşe, and the chairman and members of the Nablus Zakat Commission.
